Come join Katie Collins in this amazing Yoga for Athletes 2 hour workshop, this Sunday, November 20th from 11am – 1pm. Katie has been working with Division 1 and professional athletes for over 3 years. Her anatomy and nursing background will help ground this workshop to help students understand the benefits of practicing safe alignment, proper techniques and injury prevention to allow for a sustainable yoga (or athletic) practice for years to come.
